Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackPart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

TrackPart is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of automotive parts and services in the UAE. We provide the platform infrastructure but are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Listings & Content

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. You may not list:

Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items
Items that violate UAE law or regulations
Misleading or fraudulent content

TrackPart reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion, including listings that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Transactions

TrackPart facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted directly between parties. TrackPart is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items listed on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
Post spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to circumvent the Platform's systems
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on TrackPart are owned by or licensed to TrackPart. You retain ownership of content you post but grant TrackPart a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackPart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, TrackPart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
